Good tasting fruit drinks

A good way of drinking plenty of liquid is to flavour your water.
Put in a blender:
                        Chopped fruit
                        Sugar
                        A small wedge of lemon
A small piece of biscuit or cookie
                        Plenty of distilled water
Whizz it up and soon you will have a good drink that satisfies where it needs to.

I use about 1 apple or 1 pear or one serve of fruit per 900 mL of water. One table spoon of sugar. Biscuit of your choice.

Cheers.

Make distilled water

The quick way to make distilled water is to boil it.
Another way is to leave it standing in the fridge for two or three days. (This might mean you need more fridge space.)
Drink plenty of water over the hot days of Summer.

Make ice in your freezer without the freezer smell

Sometimes ice made at home can have a trace of smell or taste.
One tip is; keep a few plastic containers from take-away food, washed and cleaned. Cut with a tool some ice-cube trays in half to fit. Use distilled water in the ice-cube trays and seal the lid. (put in freezer with no fear of contamination from freezer smell.)
Cheers.
